We are looking for a new team member; specifically an enthusiastic & organised Digital Producer / Project manager with   3-4 years minimum experience in a web agency environment running in agile / sprint and waterfall formats (Please note, this is NOT a job for a Designer)..

We are looking for someone who is:

• An enthusiastic, organised and articulate person.
• A friendly & outgoing individual possessing excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Very experienced with writing clear briefs / project specs, maintaining client relationships, delegating tasks to designers/ developers and managing their time.
• A punctual, well organised professional with experience managing multiple projects, resources, timelines with advanced project management and time tracking tools.
• Familiar with waterfall, agile sprint project management, scrum and workshop formats.
• Experienced in risk management and tactful conflict resolution
• 2 years minimum experience in a web / UX design or digital design studio environment dealing with clients, producers and creatives alike.
• Experienced with managing web / app / UX design projects is a must.
• Someone who will take responsibility and ownership in their projects and aim for business specific results.
• Possessing detailed knowledge of web / app launch procedure and QA
• Working knowledge of web technologies such as WordPress, React, Flutter, Laravel, Angular or other web platform

• Some creative background
• Knowledge of UX process, Advanced PM techniques and basic CMS knowledge.
• A keen interest in design and technology

Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-4:30PM PH time, and half day on Fridays.

• Homebased
• Must have a strog internet connection and own equipment
