Service Owner JIRA8/Confluence

You will be part of the central Bosch Service Solutions Global Application Team. We are looking for an experienced person in Jira and Confluence, mastering the service functionality, use of tools and the relationship with users while managing the product roadmap.

You should be able to challenge IT and business requirements and come up with options to solve topics in Atlassian Framework in a scalable, future-proof manner. You are expected to guide others in the organization towards the best solutions in team-based discussions. People management experience or willingness to evolve in that direction is a plus.

• Consulting and support in identifying potentials and optimizing processes
• Position as an operational representative (Vendor Manager) for Bosch Service Solution within the global governance of the platform in relation to the internal provider (provider management) as well as Atlassian
• Primary point of contact for questions from the internal IT team(s) as well as business
• Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process.
• Identify and test new plugins that may be of interest to internal IT as well as
• Coach and support with expertise on Jira and Confluence internal stakeholders

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar field or comparable education with relevant professional experience (Master or Bachelor Degree)

• Knowledge and practical experience (5+ years) in the design, integration, operation and migration of Atlassian Framework products and infrastructure (JIRA, Confluence, plug-in Marketplace)

• Experience with working in an Agile development environment involving multiple interdependent teams and multi-layered enterprise software

• Strong communication skills, ability to owns the vision and definition of the Service/product

• Understanding of agile, waterfall and hybrid projects/working methods

• Strong demonstrable experience working with Azure Cloud
