Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Paid Media Marketing Lead to own the strategy and execution of paid search advertising globally.

What will I be delivering?

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of B2B paid search campaigns on Google & Bing globally
  • Collaborate and provide strategic guidance to the Social Media team to ensure alignment across paid media efforts
  • Own the global PPC budget to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI
  • Partner with digital marketers to ensure users journeys from PPC are optimised to drive the biggest ROI for both high-value long-term subscriptions and low value ecommerce transactions
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing and Product Marketing Leads to ensure campaigns are aligned to strategic objectives

Qualifications

Technical skills and qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SEM, with a basic understanding of keyword placement, link building, search engine crawling, ranking algorithms, best practices, and effective strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and other tools such as Google/Adobe Analytics, and reporting dashboards such as PowerBI/Tableau
  • Some experience writing and/or editing content
  • A degree in marketing or other digital related area.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience

  • A strong knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices
  • Experience in web marketing and/or website development
  • Experience of web personalisation (preferred, not essential)
  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels
  • Able to translate business goals into a well-defined performance plan and communicates link between current activities and goals
