How can you change it up?
This is a crucial role where you will be supporting the compliance activities at the point of contract award and throughout the lifecycle of major projects. As a CDM Specialist you will work closely with various teams across CityFibre including; Procurement, Compliance and Delivery as well as Architecture and Design. You will also be expected to work with externally appointed works contractors in matters relating to construction health and safety covered by the CDM 2015 Regulations.

What will you bring to the role?
We are looking for someone who has experience working as a CDM Advisor / Specialist or equivalent. For this role, it is essential that you have a good working knowledge of CDM 2015 and a pro-active approach to the delivery of the role. You will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills so that you can interact with people at all levels and across a wide stakeholder base.

It will also be beneficial to be a member of a professional body such as APS, IIRSM or IOSM, as well as be an internal or external auditor ( 14001, 18001, 9001 ) - but this is not essential.
