Job Description

The Senior recruiter will specialize in candidate management. This role will be expected to partner with our internal hiring managers to understand all requirements in order to be able to provide them with the best candidate fit for the role. Management of candidate would include performing initial stages of recruitment, management of all interviews, and job offers. An adept recruiter with exceptional recruitment skills for hard to find roles, proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is what the ideal candidate looks like.

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ recruitment experience in end-to-end Recruitment and Selection.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/Offshoring industry, dealing with US clients
  • A wide network of high quality applicants in professional services with US experience for various verticals
  • A proven track record in permanent-placement recruitment, with an understanding and keen interest in an offshore industry
  • Applicants will initially work remotely and open for night shift work schedule
