You’ll be part of a user focused, M365 Intune Centred technology team providing a high-quality level of service to our business across an advanced range of technology. The old saying of no two days will be the same, this couldn’t be truer of this position. You’ll get involved in BAU and exciting projects. You’ll be part of all the action.

There is a clear focus on collaborating and supporting new and improved functionality across the enterprise within the SOE. Not only that, but we also have a culture that supports diversity of thought, your opinion matters. This means you are not afraid to share your thoughts (especially if it means we can do an even better job than we are now). Here’s a snap shot of some of your new tasks:

• Utilise your excellent knowledge of the desktop environment and how it connects with other systems and Security stance thru networks, firewalls, Intune (endpoint), LDAP, Azure AD and M365.
• Be able to manage competing priorities and workflows, setting clear expectations around delivery timeframes
• Design and deliver great user experience covering Automating (e.g. error management, other systems) & Azure Policies and Security (MDM, MDI, MDE)
• Managing system configuration; vendor integration and security.
• Provide cover and integration for other end user technology such as Messaging, Service management, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams, Application packaging, Power Apps.

What we’d love to see in your application

You’ll have plenty of stories to share with the team where your customer focus approach has helped you succeed coupled with your expertise in some cool foundational pieces of work such as Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Firewalls, Networks,  VPN’s. Here’s a few other things to note;

• Knowledge and experience of using Cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. 
• Working knowledge/experience writing complex logical expressions or SQL and scripting (PowerShell) to support system workflow design and implementation.
• Experience with most of:  Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Teams, Windows 10, Application packaging, with extensive proficiency in one M365 and all things Security. 
• Demonstrated flexibility (at home or office and or work hours) to manage ad hoc requests while still delivering on agreed outcomes and timeframes for production support, projects, and service requests
