Backend Developer

FINXFLO is looking for an amazing Backend Developer to support our growth!

FINXFLO is a regulated crypto brokerage designed to help traders access the best prices with an unparalleled level of transparency and efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate analytical, results-driven Backend Developer who will work with team members to develop our current back-end applications and processes.

The  Backend Developer shall exploit his cumulated experience in Java technologies to lead, mentor, and manage our growing Backend Development team in Miami.

In short, what you will be doing

• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to develop and enhance applications in accordance with the functional/technical / system design specifications

• Propose and implement ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends

• Continuous education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members

• Taking lead on projects

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Implementation of security and data protection

What you need to bring along

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java8+, Spring Boot, TDD experience

• Led web product development from inception to Go-LIVE.

• Additional knowledge and experience in Docker and Kubernetes and Cloud services (AWS), Code versioning tools (Git), OWASP security principles would be advantageous.

• Ability to integrate with third-party APIs

• Familiar with blockchain concepts and cryptocurrency is a plus

• Basic understanding of trading concepts (Forex, shares, or cryptocurrencies)

• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

• Creativity and willingness to work on own initiative and share ideas

• Excellent communication skills
