Experian Partner Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team!
Experian Partner Solutions (EPS) helps 300+ businesses protect their 60M+ customers by building enterprise-level (1) identity, (2) credit, and (3) data breach cybersecurity SaaS products in a white-label (B2B2C) branded format. Experian Partner Solutions and its ‘sister’ business unit Direct-to-Consumer form Experian Consumer Services, a $900M business segment inside the $5B global information services company commonly known as Experian.
What you’ll be doing
The Business Operations Analyst (BOA) is a subject matter expert (SME) on the systems that power Experian's APIs. The BOA reviews data collected by Experian's internal monitoring tools, researches potential system issues, and escalates to the appropriate teams as necessary when issues are found.
EPS has several system monitoring tools that generate data. Your primary responsibility is to review that data and detect system issues. E.g. The Daily Trend Monitor is an Alteryx application that runs 100+ SQL queries daily and collects 90k+ data points, such as error log counts, API calls, and enrollment changes. Alteryx then filters down those data points and creates an Excel file with about ~1k potential issues. Your job is to review this data and determine if they are actual system issues or just statistical noise.
