The Director, Learning & Development is responsible for elevating the technical and soft skills of the sales organization via the design and delivery of purposeful training programs focused on improving organizational effectiveness, driving revenue, and exceeding business goals.
This leadership role will help to prepare the sales team for long term growth and success. The Director, Learning and Development will lead a team of Performance Consultants in developing and delivering effective training programs. As a key partner to leadership, this role is responsible for all elements of needs assessment, curriculum development, facilitation, tracking, and measurement.
