Job Description

We are constantly striving to be better than we were yesterday! Because of this we are undertaking a digital and business transformation in the face of a hyper- competitive market, challenging margins, a global pandemic and dynamic expectations from our customers and our people. The purpose of this role is to lead change and engagement as part of the Transformation Office (TO) in Contact’s Customer (retail) business. The key focus is on delivering exceptional change and engagement experiences to connect our people to our business transformation and strategy delivery. If you know, you know right? Here’s a high level overview to some of your tasks:

  • Leading with the Transformation Office (TO) mind set, disciplines, practices, cadence and tools to design, delivery and embed desired change outcomes
  • Translating business objectives and requirements into effective change and engagement strategies
  • Managing the development and delivery of change and engagement plans, including campaigns, strategy, internal brand and activations
  • Being a trusted advisor to senior leaders at Contact on change and engagement matters, including change communications.

Qualifications

What we’d love to see in your application

You’ll have plenty of stories to share with the team where your people focussed approach has helped you and the business succeed coupled with your expertise in developing and delivering internal change, engagement, and marketing communications strategies and plans. Here’s a few other things to talk about;
 

  • Ability to analyse and contextualise complex issues, identify key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical plans to resolve problems
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of business, financial and digital acumen
  • Effective interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to write or articulate and present clear and concise professional communications to a large and/or complex range of stakeholders
  • Experience of managing communications and engagement during times of serious change or crisis
