LBF is adding to our Operations Team, we are looking to add a Wholesale Intake Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist the Processing Manager & Supervisor in the day-to-day training and coaching of Processors. Provide service and quality processing of loan files in accordance with FHA, State, and Investor regulations, assuring the marketable quality of each loan.

Job Description

Responsibilities: May include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Lead team of up to 10 Intake Admins
  • Train & Coach New Hires
  • Responsible for production loan assigning and load balancing.  
  • Assist admins in reviewing and preparing initial loan submissions to underwriting and processing.
  • Responsible for reviewing problem files and escalating accordingly.
  • Works with loan officers, Processors, AE’s, Partner Support, AMC’s and title companies
  • Scanning and uploading file documentation into LOS
  • Other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management
  • Ensure confidentiality of client files
  • The employee shall work well under pressure, meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and shall, always, demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues and supervisors
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are a must

Qualifications

Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous reverse mortgage processing experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • A “Can Do” attitude with high energy and self-motivation
