Experian Decision Analytics is looking for a Senior Vice President of DA Delivery Services who will be responsible for the push towards software and service delivery excellence as well as client support services. They will be responsible for the management of all operations, training, planning and strategic direction for the Decision Analytics Delivery and Support teams for Decisioning, Fraud and ID product lines. The SVP of Delivery Services will also interface directly with the product development and technology organizations to manage their growth plans. Additionally, this position will be part of the Decision Analytics executive leadership team driving business results.
This role will manage the delivery execution for both custom and templated software solutions, Decisioning as a Service implementations and Fraud and ID implementations. Using outtasking vendors and full-time employees, this role will design, develop and manage a flexible resourcing based delivery model that lowers operational cost for the business and improves time to market. The position will have accountability for demonstrable time to market and cost gains while position the business unit for sustained growth.
Additionally, this role will manage the client support services for Decision Analytics solutions. The role will be responsible for day to day operations execution with the goal to manage services, minimize client disruption due to change and incidents and support security and client implementations and upgrades.
