Job Description

Experian Decision Analytics is looking for a Senior Vice President of DA Delivery Services who will be responsible for the push towards software and service delivery excellence as well as client support services.  They will be responsible for the management of all operations, training, planning and strategic direction for the Decision Analytics Delivery and Support teams for Decisioning, Fraud and ID product lines.  The SVP of Delivery Services will also interface directly with the product development and technology organizations to manage their growth plans.  Additionally, this position will be part of the Decision Analytics executive leadership team driving business results.   

This role will manage the delivery execution for both custom and templated software solutions, Decisioning as a Service implementations and Fraud and ID implementations.  Using outtasking vendors and full-time employees, this role will design, develop and manage a flexible resourcing based delivery model that lowers operational cost for the business and improves time to market.   The position will have accountability for demonstrable time to market and cost gains while position the business unit for sustained growth. 

Additionally, this role will manage the client support services for Decision Analytics solutions.  The role will be responsible for day to day operations execution with the goal to manage services, minimize client disruption due to change and incidents and support security and client implementations and upgrades. 

  • Provide operational expertise and strategic leadership, support, guidance and training to teams on all aspects of out tasked work
  • Ensure alignment of teams to the related flexible resourcing strategies
  • Drive resourcing activities by interfacing with operational teams, business units and service providers for successful selection, contracting and execution of out tasked activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices and procurement policies and procedures.
  • The analysis, drafting and implementation of out tasker service contracts
  • Develop and manage of any RFP and bid activities
  • Manage suppliers in compliance with vendor selection and management procedures.
  • Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities and work with development and delivery teams to implement strategies.
  • Achieve “high performing” metrics on retention, growth and profitability with vendor relationships.
  • Oversee day to day operations team for both Delivery and Support services with an emphasis on scalability, cost management and time to market
  • Ensure internal teams are trained and ready to support new product launches
  • Manage client experience from contract forward
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder escalations to maximize customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth
  • Oversee innovation in the delivery of products and services to stay maximize business goals
  • Perform as key client sponsor on selected deals
  • Interface with Sales teams to manage client expectations and maximize opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent 
  • Experience with transitioning and managing out tasking resource model
  • 10-15 years functional experience in risk management, marketing, operations, collections or general business management. 
  • 10 years managerial experience. 
  • Excellent knowledge of strategic design. 
  • Advanced customer service skills. 
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate proven successes in out tasked operations procurement activities and leading complex deal negotiations.
  • Candidate must possess strong and demonstrable analytical, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent human relations skills. 
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills.
