Job Description

The Sr. ABM Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and “teaching” the comprehensive ABM strategy designed to help target accounts see the value of and engage with, Mandiant.  This role will join the marketing team, with a strong record of accomplishment that is reflected in trackable impact to pipeline and the sales funnel.  The ABM strategist will work collaboratively with sales and global marketing to develop a cohesive ABM strategy and work with regional marketing leads to implement. 
  
What You Will Do:
•    Develop and execute Account Based Marketing plans with account teams to include goals, objectives, KPIs, and tactics. 
•    Own end-to-end program and campaign strategy, planning and execution across multiple digital channels to drive engagement in targeted accounts 
•    Work closely with the business units to define the offerings to meet our customer experience and business objectives. 
•    Manage outside agencies to assist with campaign creative and copy development 
•    In conjunction with the Campaigns and Digital teams, lead all elements of digital marketing & demand and  including research, budget, planning, execution, tracking and reporting for targeted Enterprise Account Based Marketing initiatives. 
•    In conjunction with the Campaigns and Digital teams, develop and execute webinars, executive and virtual events, online ads, content syndication, email campaigns, newsletter sponsorships, and more 
•    Provide Marketo email program set-up & operations, as well as target list management 
•    Research and promote email marketing best practices, including nurture, drip campaigns, segmentation, targeting, and profiling 
•    Work with internal global teams to leverage and extend corporate campaigns 
•    Closely track program success and optimize as needed. Work with cross-functional teams to define campaign strategy and tactics 

Qualifications

Requirements:
•    10 years managing ABM campaigns from start to finish—strategy, planning, execution, and measurement 
•    Significant cross- functional experience across engineering, sales and marketing teams in cyber security solutions or related technical field. 
•    Prior experience marketing to Enterprise customers, ideally large enterprise accounts 
•    An established track record of successful Account Based Marketing Campaigns  
•    Strong organization, planning and project management skills with experience managing external vendors and agencies 
•    Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or other leading marketing automation system such as Eloqua or Pardot)

•    Effective verbal and written communication skills while interfacing with at all levels and audiences 
•    Strong writing skills especially in attuned to the Enterprise market and point of view 
•    Ability to create, shape and advocate a point of view to Enterprise audiences 
•    The ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever it takes to meet individual and company goals 
•    Strong attention to detail, is well organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
•    Results-focused with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics 
•    Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and candidates with high energy, a responsive attitude, and a desire for success will be given preference 
•    25% travel required.

Minimum Salary: $116,800 Final salary will be determined commensurately with cost of living, experience level, and/or any other legally permissible considerations.

Incentive Compensation: Eligibility for annual bonus subject to individual and company performance; eligibility for award of Restricted Stock Units subject to eligibility requirements, approval from FireEye’s Compensation Committee, and vesting terms
