Your team
You will be part of the SAP Business Line, having around 60 members specialized in the entirety of the SAP suite, working together in varied project teams.
Our project team comprises of diverse levels of seniority and you will have the opportunity to work with highly experienced SAP specialists, as well as growing alongside a team of keen and curious SAP learners.

About the project
As part of a team working remotely in Romania, you will consult and support end-customers from various industries in Germany, balancing consultancy tasks related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation with operations & support activities subsequent to the implementation process.
Starting from a junior to mid-level, this context will sustain your development into an experienced professional by encountering varied issues on a daily basis. You will be able to explore the depths of the SAP SuccessFactors modules in practice and refine your know-how, while assisting our clients unfold this leading HCM solution in their enterprise and helping them cope smoothly with their technological journey.
Having a creative and seasoned team of experts to work and learn alongside with, you will deepen your understanding of the workforce analytics for the future via SAP SuccessFactors – a path that will also be sustained by training and certification opportunities within our company.
Your role
• Understand the technical configuration in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Seek to improve and take part in continuous development of project-related best practices
• Advise the end-customers on the suitable approach to solve their issues
• Investigate the errors in-depth touching the various stages of error resolution (reproduce in testing environment, investigate with support of the employee experiencing the error, research in previous documentation for similarities, escalate to SAP, etc.)
• Write and review project-related documentation
• Clean up outdated data in the systems
• Be part of on-site and remote interactions with the customer
• Make improvement suggestions and enforce their application within team initiatives
• Complete certifications in SuccessFactors modules and keep up to date with and maintain the certifications
