Job Description

What will you do at Infobip?

  • Daily administrative tasks related to liquidity management, administration of inter-company loan agreements
  • Coordination between banks and our relevant internal stakeholders in obtaining the Guarantees and LC's required in the regular business activities
  • Supporting our Payment Factory team and being included in the payment process
  • Basic negotiating payment terms and other financing terms related to contracts with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure that transactions are properly secured 
  • Communicating with members of financial / legal / sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure that financial needs are met 
  • Participating in large project departments and active participation in multi-functional teams that help improve quality, processes and initiatives 
  • Doing general administrative and financial affairs within finance and liquidity risk operations 
  • Working under the mentorship and supervision of finance and liquidity risk associates and/or all team members 
  • Maintaining of business correspondence with other internal departments and relevant external stakeholders 
  • Doing other administrative tasks 

Qualifications

More about you:

  • You posses a Bachelor or master degree, preferably of finance or math orientation
  • Any working experience would be considered as a plus
  • You have basic knowledge of corporate finance and structured transactions, basic knowledge of techniques and processes in corporate risk management and reporting 
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel (Advanced level)
  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person with an analytical mind
