Job Description

The Solution Consultant / Pre-Sales intervenes in support of the Sales team in the sales process. Through their expertise, methodology and organization, they:

- promotes and designs solutions for the client

- prepare and argue his answers

- present and demonstrate the tools

Reporting to the Sales Department, he works within a "Business & Professional Services" team, including Project Management and Alliances.

  • Support the Sales team during the different sales phases

- Analyze the prospect's needs and propose the best suited solution

- Support, demonstrate, argue the offer and their choices in front of the customer

- Evaluate the technical feasibility and their conditions

- Write and promote responses

- Present, maintain and personalize product demonstrations

  • Contribute to the evolution of products

- Centralize and share prospect requests with Product teams

  • Structure and Share knowledge internally and externally

- Disseminate knowledge and developments internally (products, functionalities, customer cases, integrations) in close collaboration with the Product, Product Marketing, Project management and Customer Care teams

- Represent the company externally at Webinars, or events, supported by the Marketing and Alliances team

- Formalize, structure, organize response documents (RFP)
