Job Description

The purpose of this role is to assist Miratech in growing and improving our talent pool, permanently analyzing our clients' resource demand,  ensuring that it is communicated and addressed within the Company, and allocating resources to achieve the most outstanding organizational value.

This role includes coordinating and following up with sales/delivery/sourcing/recruiting, assuring the suitability of candidates for projects, finding a solution for any resource need. The Director of Resource Management will be able to bring direct value to Company clients by assigning the right people to the right roles and to employees by facilitating their career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Technical IT background.
  • Understanding of Software Engineering and IT Application consulting processes and roles, including business and system analysis, software development, testing, implementation of vendor products for specific client use cases/needs, integrations, configuration, customization, development, migration, operation, and maintenance.
  • Awareness of the role that education, training, and professional or technical certifications can play in the development of staff capabilities.
  • Intergroup coordination experience, project management experience is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
  • Experience in sales support in staff augmentation, services, or consulting businesses is desirable.
  • Prior experience in working with partners and third-party providers of resources is preferred.
  • East Coast timezone.
