What will you do at Infobip?   

RPA Consultants will be responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA bots that will interact with multiple in-house and third party applications. The RPA consultant will identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and automate those processes using RPA software; fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots; and provide ongoing operational support including upgrades, defect fixes, and any Process change activities.

Additionally, the RPA Consultant will function as an integrator between business and technology, helping to create technology solutions to meet internal clients ’business needs. This process entails defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.

The Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for automation
• Work with business owners on automation design
• Development of the automation solution by using Robotiq.ai or, but not limited to this solution
• Design of the change management and monitoring of the implemented robot
• Scaling up the team

Required qualifications: 

• You have 2+ years of experience with one of the RPA platforms
• If you have experience with programming (Java, .NET, C #) that is an advantage
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System Testing
• You have experience in discovery of pain points, business requirements, identification of solutions
• You are able to work independently in finding problem solutions and the ability to present technical details
• You are genuinely curious about how things work, always looking to improve the process and work in general
• You build positive, lasting relationships with colleagues in the team
