Job Description

The Senior Digital Execution Specialist functions as part of a team that supports services engagements for key clients. The individual has strong client-facing skills and is highly organized. The Senior Digital Execution Specialist works to deliver high quality services deliverables to QuickPivot’s clients and has access to and the support of others in the organization to solve complex challenges on behalf of the client. The focus of this role is on supporting QuickPivot’s Customer Data Platform and/or Campaign Operations clients.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·Become an expert on the QuickPivot Customer Data Platform, its interface and capabilities, in order to provide a consultative experience for clients or Lead a team to review marketing campaign requests, from clients, and provide recommendations on how to execute (20%)

·Lead a team and drive clients’ usage of the QuickPivot Customer Data Platform by addressing questions and providing best practices recommendations for developing their marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and campaign reporting or drive execution of marketing operations activities, independently and in support of other team members including: (20%)

  • Segmentation generation and management
  • Multi-channel, multi-touch campaign configuration and execution
  • Email/message building and reporting
  • Campaign auditing and issue management

·Work directly with clients or support other team members to develop business requirements and functional specifications and collaborate with technical services to translate functional specifications into a technical design for enhancements (10%)

·Define testing use cases, conduct system and user testing activities, and drive client acceptance for enhancements (10%)

·Communicate via email and meetings to address status items or questions with clients directly (10%)

·Manage project prioritization, planning, and delegation across team members and with the client (20%)

·Identify and drive resolution of issues for the client and support team members’ communication of those issues and resolutions (5%)

·Identify possible new functionality and/or processes that better meets client needs and drives efficiency (5%)

Qualifications

EDUCATION

·Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications

EXPERIENCE

·3+ years of Professional Services consulting with a track record of increasing responsibility and direct client interaction

·Experience working with Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation or similar technologies, a plus

·Experience project managing, a plus

·Experience working and collaborating in a team environment

·Experience providing deliverables and receiving feedback

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

·Very strong written and oral communication skills

·Strong interest in working with leading marketing technologies

·Strong interest in working with data and marketing campaigns
