Paid Social Media Specialist

• Owning paid social advertising to drive respondent acquisition of youth audiences (13-17 year-olds)
• Managing paid activity on Facebook (& Instagram), as well as driving innovation through testing new platforms (Snapchat, Tiktok, Quora, Reddit etc.)
• Planning, activating, and optimizing paid social campaigns to meet target volumes, on-budget.
• Tracking, measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, sharing results with internal clients.
• Working with content teams to create and optimize advertising to drive the best conversion rates and minimize costs.
• Project managing all activity and processes required to meet targets and managing day-to-day relationships with research teams, partners and colleagues.
• Helping to build the paid-social strategy for YouGov Member acquisition, across 40+ markets worldwide

• At least 3 years’ experience of managing paid social media advertising on Facebook.
• Experience of creating and testing multiple ad sets and targeting different audiences.
• Prior management of campaigns on other digital marketing platforms, a plus.
• Experience of working with medium to large performance marketing budgets, ideally across multiple markets.
• Understanding of technical aspects of online advertising including conversion optimization.
• Highly numerical, analytical and comfortable with raw data in Excel
