Job Description

What will you be doing as our Customer Service Administrator? It will be your job to ensure that all orders are progressed in a pro-active and efficient manner. You will be a member of a high-performance provisioning team in one of the fastest growing, leading IT and telecommunications providers in the UK. Full training will be provided.

You will be on a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum. 

Qualifications

• Data Provide team administrative tasks

• Data order processing

• Data cease processing

• Preparation & monitoring of team rotas

• Monitoring of team task queue

• Ad hoc admin reporting

• Telephone cover

• Monitoring of various departmental mailboxes

• Developing relationships with internal departments

• Being an active contributor to the operational environment and participating in the long-term goals for the business.

• Any other duties as required in the delivery of the role and as directed by the management team Manage Customers

• To deliver a first-class customer service using a variety of media (telephone, ticketing system and emails) in a high-pressure environment.

• To effectively manage the customer expectation and follow through with promises made to the customer.

• To be empathetic and understanding to customer issues

• To deal with customer complaints in a friendly, calm, professional and proactive manner. Self-Management

• Manage workload priorities within the guidelines set by management.

• Contribute to providing a high level of service, and communicate using various methods
