Job Description

  • Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
  • Home based with regular travel to our Chandlers Ford office
  • Salary: £20,000 DOE 
  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week 
  • Full training will be provided 

What will you be doing?

If you work in Telecoms, you may have heard these jobs described as Data Provide Coordinator’s; but here at Digital Wholesale Solutions we don’t think that this job title truly describes what you’ll be doing. In essence you’ll support the people we do business with from the moment they place an order with us, through to implementation, supporting them in all things ‘administration’. Basically, our sales team sell our customers (we call them partners) a Telecoms/IT solution they then ‘bung it over the fence’ to you in the Data Provide team and it’s your job to ensure its delivered or implemented.

  • First and foremost, you’ll be living and breathing the Digital Wholesale Solutions philosophy of ‘excellence in customer service’ and providing a best-in-class service to existing and new partners
  • Responsible for the placement of orders on supplier portals
  • Management and tracking of the orders right through to completion
  • Provide frequent updates (verbal and written) to partners and suppliers
  • Ensure any updates or conversations you have are all logged on our main tracking system, in real time. This is so that we all know what stage the order is at, should you be unavailable
  • This is a fast paced, busy role so we are seeking people who won’t be phased by this. So ideally you are resilient or have experience of working in a job like this and you enjoyed it
  • Report any problems or delivery issues to either your manager or the Escalations team so they can work hard to ensure an early resolution
  • Ensure all billing charges are accurately approved and billed accordingly

Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Experience of working within a customer facing role
  • Solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential
  • You’ve mastered the art of communication; we mean things like your listening skills, clarity when you speak and you’re comfortable picking up the phone if you need to and won’t shy away from it
  • Excellent customer services skills: we take pride in our award-winning customer service here at Digital Wholesale Solutions
  • You can follow a process
  • You have high levels of attention to detail
  • You are a problem solver at heart and have experience in solving problems no matter how big or small
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity - this means if something isn’t clear to you, you will ask questions until you do understand
  • This is a fast paced, busy role so we are seeking people who won’t be phased by this. So ideally you are resilient or have experience of working in a job like this and you enjoyed it
  • You can manage your own workload with deadlines
  • Ideally you have studied to A level standard, if not don’t worry
