Our client is on a mission to deliver state of the art wireless network to its customers (Enterprise, Small Business & Consumers). Its goal is to deliver fast, reliable & secure network. This initiative is business critical in improving customer experience. Alongside delivering software and services, this organization wants to ensure security is not compromised. General software and releases will follow agile methodology focus on delivering features and functionalities to improve customer experience, bring operational improvements and meeting revenue targets. Security is the utmost important to focus on testing enough in tighter release cycles. This means bringing new, creative, and advance ideas to assess vulnerabilities.

The ecosystem comprises of several platform vendors, device manufactures, application software providers (ASPs), partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders i.e., Product Managers, Technology Architects & Platform teams, IT and Operations. The Security governance team will follow fast paced release cycles to address vulnerabilities. We are looking for an outstanding Technical Program Manager professional who can act as a lead in this transformation program, assist with vendor and internal cross functional coordination, assist with on-time delivery, assess risks and provide critical problem-solving techniques to promote the success of the program.  Person must have experience managing complex projects with tight schedules. In addition, attending scrum calls to drive and deliver vulnerability remedies by working with the stakeholders.

What You Will Do...

  • Responsible for performing program management work focused on customer product launches, development and related project implementation.
  • Work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.
  • In charge of leading cross-functional teams in the end-to-end delivery of projects or programs within allotted timeline and budget, meeting established quality criteria
  • Assist with active risk management, identifying potential areas of challenge and developing/maintaining contingency plans.
  • Responsible of guiding activities of a program team including delegating tasks to team members.  Maintaining accountability, transparency, and alignment through superlative communication, engagement and influence without authority.
  • Analyze validity of schedules submitted by outside parties contributing to the project.
  • Monitor actual project progress, compare to baseline and report progress against schedule. Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parameters.
  • Produce detailed reports and notifications as appropriate and communicate project status to respective stakeholders and project sponsor.
  • Identify Risks in projects and use proven PM techniques to assess and mitigate. Facilitate project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.
  • Forecast the impacts on schedule of proposed changes and report impact to project team, sponsor and management.
  • Attend and/or host management and project team meetings as required keeping the project team informed and progressing including project reviews with stakeholders as necessary to perform ongoing assessments on the progress of projects.
  • Manage all phases of the technical project execution from Design through Delivery; ensuring scope, schedule and budget are adhered to.
  • Develop project and resource plans, coordinate all tasks through delivery.
  • Communicate internally and externally; lead daily scrum meetings, deliver status reports, identify and manage change requests.
  • Responsible for reviewing SOW, documenting technical requirements, internal/external project kickoff, project monitoring & control; risk and resource management.
  • Manage possible post-launch support plans (eg, post-mortem, lessons learned) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.
  • Responsible for the budget and resources estimation.

The skills and experience that will help you succeed…

  • Excellent communication skills to provide project status to various levels of management both internal and externally.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time frames.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal and external team members.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology and delivery methods.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of large-scale multi-discipline telecommunications projects.
  • 7+ years’ experience with project management and scheduling software and other tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing progress.
  • Technical project management expertise to perform multiple designs at the same time.
  • Experience to implement solutions for voice and data using existing resources and network elements.
  • Degree in telecommunications, networking, electronics, computer science or similar fields. PMP or certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry standards regarding vulnerability management
  • Knowledge of technology and security topics including application and infrastructure security.
  • Experience with and understanding of information security risk management.
  • Manage test plan creation and test execution through the application development and implementation lifecycle ensuring features are effectively tested for launch
  • Manage Testing, Bugs/Issues Management
  • Manage and coordinate delivery of fixes as applicable
  • Support Neo Enterprise customer and Mobility Service Request (MSR)
