Experience:
· Salesforce Administration
o High level understanding of environment maintenance tasks such as managing admin access, governance, compliance, managing sandboxes, handling confidential data masking/deletion, Single Sign On configuration, Certificate & Key Management, License Management etc.
o Understanding of and experience with general salesforce functionality and configuration such as workflows, validation rules, triggers, field updates, page layouts, record types, formula fields, report types etc.
o Understanding of the tasks required to complete full copy sandbox refreshes and the potential pre and post refresh tasks to be completed based on the usage of the sandbox (testing, training, code deployment etc.)
o Proficiency with Data Loader, Workbench tools, Informatica, etc.
o Reports and dashboards development experience
· Version Control and Build/Deployment Tools
o Exposure to Apex and Visualforce development. Development background is a plus.
o Release Management experience using Salesforce DX, GIT, Azure DevOps (VSTS), YML scripting, Visual Code Editor, etc.
o Understand management of source code for branch,merge, code conflict resolution strategy, configuration data management, versioning.
o Experience with ANT, change set deployments
Skill Sets
· Strong time management skills. Attention to detail
· Strong GSuite/MS office skill sets.
· Developer background and skill sets like Java, Python are a big plus.
· Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
· Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed
Certifications
· Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification
· Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II
