About Parcl
Parcl is a blockchain-based synthetic asset protocol specializing in Real Estate, being built on Solana. The protocol allows for the creation of synthetic “Parcls” which are tied to a valuation index that is representative of the average price per square foot within a given zip code.
Via Parcl, users can long and short geographic markets, at the zip code level. Asset prices are determined by Parcl’s open-sourced property valuation database which leverages public transaction data, tax assessments, & property listing data.
What You’ll Do:
Execute growth strategies for the Parcl protocol, with an immediate focus on platform launch (1H22)
Cultivate and manage a social media community via channels such as Discord, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, and more
Create and curate regular posts on various social media channels mentioned above
Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community growth and engagement metrics
Recording complaints/concerns of the community members, and addressing them
Planning and execution of various online marketing campaigns and events
Organize & coordinate in-person events and meetups for the Parcl and broader blockchain community
Establish marketing partnerships with relevant stakeholders and third parties
Think of any other creative ways to continuously support Parcl’s platform & network
Skills You’ll Need:
Excellent communication and writing skills (English required, other languages a plus)
Deep understanding of internet culture
Active social media user on Twitter, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, Reddit and other social media and community channels
Experience working on marketing efforts around an NFT project or DeFi protocol launch highly preferred
Understanding of basic graphic design & image/video rendering applications
Basic understanding of blockchain/crypto terminology; familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and decentralized applications (dApps) is preferred
A passion for Real Estate & Markets is a plus
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, resourceful and a self-starter
A creative thinker
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote and global team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
