Job Description

We are looking for a highly collaborative, outcome-oriented Business Development Representative (San Francisco) with a get the job done attitude to help us take on this huge market opportunity. See www.sensehq.com. 

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients via outbound cold-call, email and Linkedin campaigns and set up qualified meetings for Sense’s world class sales team
  • Develop a plan for success with your manager and Account Executives
  • Be the face of the Sense, you will make the first impression on potential clients, so we want to make sure we are putting our best face forward
  • Optimize Process: Work alongside sales leadership in advancing lead and pipeline processes, fostering a seamless experience across the Sales team.
  • Enablement Solutions: Contribute to creation of new programs and iterate existing programs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Solutions-oriented and able to navigate challenges swiftly 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years professional experience with at least 1 year in a BDR/Sales role
  • Strong track record in previous BDR/SDR role (including extensive cold-calling) 
  • Recruiting or HR tech sales experience a plus
  • Must know how to navigate Salesforce and experience using sales sequencing software is a huge plus
  • Proficient with Zoominfo and Microsoft Office
