Job Description

In this high-growth, execution-focused company, this role will help to improve CRM and BI data structure for various business teams. He/she will take a metrics-based approach and a continuous improvement attitude to data operations with the key objective to maintain best practices regarding our BI tool development and reporting process. This role will act as liaison between the Revenue Operations team, the GTM business functions, and IT to take on the reporting requirements of the business and build out our data reporting strategy using our BI tools.

Responsibilities:

  •  Apply advanced technical knowledge combined with sound business vision to translate business requirements into appropriate technical specifications.
  • Responsible for CRM data and BI reporting quality and accuracy.
  • Work with the IT Team to establish the data structure and integrity that satisfies the GTM reporting requirements.
  • Identify inconsistencies, inefficiencies and redundancies in the data creation and distribution process; work with IT to drive data accuracy and structure optimization.
  • Optimize dashboard performance for analysis with large data volumes; enable easy ad hoc user customization.
  • Collaborate across business units to enhance knowledge of data management.
  • Set up a process to develop and document procedures and workflows.
  • Set up and maintain a report tracker, including the tracking of all new requests and prioritization.
  • Managed issue resolution process to ensure all reporting data quality issues are proactively researched and resolved.
  • Exercise extreme attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

 

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of operational or consultant experience in CRM management and BI implementation, within software industry preferred, but not a must.
  • Experience working with revenue operations, accounting, planning or sales operations.
  • Ability to self-manage, scope, prioritize & communicate operational work deliverables.
  • Clear, succinct, "value add" communication style that helps partners quickly understand your goals and the benefits of governance practices by linking them to business improvement.
  • Experience working with system architects, DWH and BI developers, translating business data needs into technical language and ensuring effective QA / UAT of data solution delivery.
  • Experience with SFDC, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Knowledgeable on the use of Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
  • Able to execute against priorities.
  • BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or Information Systems
  • Project deliverables, Project management skills or certification a plus
