The Traffic Manager, Creative Services works very closely with members of the creative team and our colleagues to assist in the efficient workflow of the creative team. They ensure that the work runs smoothly from start to finish: from the initial brief all the way to being released to the public.

They are responsible for keeping everyone on task and all projects on deadline. They handle logistics and continuously update all parties on the project progress.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Monitor and manage the workloads of the creative team (graphic and web designers, video editors, and copywriters)
• Document, learn and support all aspects of a creative project lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and internal communication
• Collaborate with Senior Creative team to review and prioritize and assess all incoming creative requests and assign tasks daily.
• Prioritizing creative requests; assigns resources and tracks project tasks to meet deadlines and time allocated for each creative mandate.
• Works closely with Senior Creative Leads to develop processes, calendars, and communications to manage cross-functional teams throughout the organization to execute creative projects

What You Need:

•  3-5 years of experience, or equivalent, in a similar role (preferably some of this at a creative agency)
• 2+ years of direct project management (or in related field)
• Experience with coordinating and influencing  a variety of people, across disciplines and at every level within a Creative department
• Have worked on creative projects in the past (including any of the following disciplines print production, web design, video editing, Copywriting)
• Used project management tools, such as Workfront or Jira
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or mailchimp
• Budgeting experience
• Working knowledge of UX/UI trends and best practices
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
