The Digital Coordinator is an exciting new role that touches almost every aspect of eCommerce, digital marketing and traditional retail. The role is involved at some level in all aspects of marketing planning and strategy in support of the stores and events divisions of Comoto.This role helps with the coordination and execution of channel messaging and tactics, both digital and offline.
The Digital Coordinator is a new role at Comoto reporting into the Specialty Account Manager helping with the creation, tracking, execution and reporting on marketing programs (digital and non-digital) for stores, NSO/Jumpstart program and the events division. The role serves to help develop and coordinate programs to deliver on the goals of their ‘internal clients’. This role can grow as we identify other areas of the Comoto business that do not fit obviously into the eCommerce business model and need more focused support..
The primary goal of the role will be to help the Specialty Account Manager work with all areas of marketing and digital to drive traffic to stores and events.
This highly collaborative role interfaces heavily with the internal digital marketing and eCommerce team members throughout the strategy development process as well as execution. The Digital Coordinator helps guide cross-functional engagement teams to deliver on programs in support of stores and the specialty aspects of the business. These teams may include research and insights, digital marketing, SEO, retention, public relations agency, design and content. It will also directly assist in strategizing and managing more traditional media buys like OOH (billboard), radio and other non-digital media where appropriate.
This role will interface with the store VPs, Director of Store strategy, VP of events and Business Development and events Manager.
Our Digital Coordinator Will:

Acquisition teams
Display
Retention/catalog/loyalty teams
eCommerce teams
Creative/content teams
Operations teams
Help in executing specific programs
Traditional advertising
Grassroots advertising as appropriate
Helping to facilitate the consumer awareness and traffic for specific programs
Jumpstart and new store openings
Major Events (Get on Motofest and Get On Adventure Fest)
Bike Nights
Cycle Gear Racing and other programs geared to drive traffic
