Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the integration of Fannie Mae technologies with our external lender and vendor customers related to the origination and delivery of loans to Fannie Mae. You will lead the monitoring of customer support requests, identification of errors in products, and the troubleshooting and developing of solutions to product errors.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Technical Integration Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support integration of Fannie Mae technology with external customers.
  • Lead the implementation and administration of processes to monitor ticketing system requests for critical or systematic errors in products.
  • Lead the team in identifying errors in products and determining their source.
  • Monitor and administer processes for troubleshooting product errors and developing solutions to fix them.
  • Work with other development groups to deploy updates.
  • Plan and oversee the work of team members on a wide variety of technology hardware and software installation and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years related technical expertise
  • Skilled in XML
  • Experience working with APIs (RestFul and SOAP APIs)
  • Working knowledge of OAuth Patterns
  • Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Good technical writing skills

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Skilled in MISMO 3.4, MISMO 3.1, and MISMO 3.0
  • Skilled in JSON
  • 4 years experience working with PostMan, XML Spy, and Automation testing of APIs
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

Skills

  • The group of skills related to Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • The group of skills related to Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology
  • Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data
  • Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • The group of skills related to Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
