As the Director, Treasury & Cash Management, you will oversee the organization's financial cash activity and manage cash flow, credit, income, asset levels, and liability obligations. You will ensure coordination with all internal finance, accounting, and accounts departments to ensure correct money management. You will analyze financial patterns and make projections for income and expenses, as well as assist in the development of investment strategies. You will be joining a new organization on the ground floor, with the opportunity to stand up a finance organization from scratch. In this impactful role, you will manage banking relationships and payment methods across the company including lockbox, cash concentration, wire transfers, credit card and other payment method vendors. You will prepare and present analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders that support and drive key business, strategic, and investment decisions. You will also establish monthly cash financial forecast and KPIs for company goals, and manage and direct assigned project resources to best meet project objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting,  Business Administration, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience with the following:
  • Planning, programming, budgeting, and execution
  • Preparing cash forecasts, cash flow analyses, and risk management with a thorough understanding of the financial markets
  • Accounting experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of financial planning, estate planning, and investment banking
• Knowledge of financial reporting under GAAP
• Knowledge of business management and basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills
