PROJECT DELIVERY LEAD for M365 App Development Services

About the project

You will be working together with teams of dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented professionals to deliver the best results and high-quality services and solutions which make an impact on our customers.

The projects we manage in our BL are diverse in terms of complexity and size, collaboration models, and areas of application for the services and solutions we deliver. We cover the entire range of services from the requirements elicitation, consulting, implementation up to hyper care & maintenance after the applications we delivered are launched in production and even end-user training. As a Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the projects assigned to you, being the bridge between customer, team, and internal stakeholders.

Your team

You will be a member of the Project Management Office, a community focused on continuous development, knowledge sharing as well as supporting members to ensure compliance with internal project management standards.

You will be part of the Microsoft 365 App Development Services Business Line as well having more than 35 members, covering the entire application lifecycle management – Business Analysis, Software Design, Architecture & Development, User Experience Design, Quality Engineering, and Project Management – and focusing on building innovative solutions to transform and improve the way people work and collaborate.

You will be working with our colleagues from our German partners as well, having the chance to visit them at our common team events. We like collaborating and we enjoy helping each other out, making it a good environment to grow in. We have a healthy balance between young and experienced colleagues in our team.

• Project delivery in time, scope, and budget within the agreed quality standards and in accordance with the internal PMO standards & processes
• Project management responsibilities such as risk, scope, time and resource management, developing & managing the project plan, reporting & invoicing
• Internal & external stakeholder management

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
• At least 2 years of experience in team coordination
• Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Risk & Change Management experience
• Ability to prioritize, to motivate
• Experience with PM Tools
• Experience with the entire lifecycle of the project (presales => support)
• Knowledge of Backlog Management systems (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
