We would like to invite you to join a small team to design, implement and test a new application for a multi-functional display on the customer's latest software and hardware platforms. 

Our customer is a world leader in marine electronics for the recreational and commercial marine markets. They make multi-functional displays (MFDs) for charting, radar, sonar and other navigational information. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in making superb UIs for displays on yachts.

Your scope of responsibility will include:

• Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing all aspect of the project
• Cooperate with the customer and understand their requirements
• Present project status reports to the senior officials of the organization and the customer
• Conduct training sessions for the team members and explain to them using the agile methods
• Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
• Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
• Encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.

Must-have skills:

• Practical knowledge of Scrum Framework
• In depth understanding of the full software development life cycle  
• good command of English

Nice-to-have skills:

• Software engineering background
• Professional Scrum Master certification
