Job Description

  • Planning and execution of pricing on Western Digital online Store EU sites: Collaborate with Sales and Business Marketing to agree on pricing and promotion calendar for WD Store in multiple markets in Europe
  • Implementing and managing WD Store merchant store on etail marketplaces
  • Propose and implement value-add (non-price) promotions on WD Store EU
  • Collaborate with WD Logistics and Operations on process improvements and cost reductions
  • Project management of WD Store EU programs and enhancements (for example, adding transaction currencies, payment methods)
  • Resolving customer service escalations
  • Coordinate with demand planning on forecasting and category inventory levels.
  • Use data and analytics to make better informed category decisions
  • Identify and scope new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of eCommerce commercial or operational experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment.
  • Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly.
  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient using online tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • SAP Hybris - advantage
