The International Sales Coordinator is managing the pricing strategy for the segments International Key Accounts (IKA) and International Vehicle Replacement (IVR), working jointly with the Group B2B sales team and the country sales team across the network (corporate & franchisee)

The international sales coordinator will manage the following tasks:

• Prepare the rate programmes for the Group B2B sales team for both segments IKA & IVR

• Communicate & coordinate the pricing guidelines with the relevant pricing te teams in the countries (Corporate & Franchisee countries) to help them prepare their rate programme for next negotiation round

• Collect & consolidate feedbacks from countries to prepare the pricing rate sheets in EMG format and/or client format when requested

• Provide feedbacks to countries on EMG’s position after each round of negotiation

• Coordinate progress on the preparation of the RFP answer (Rate programme + Value proposition) with the Group B2B sales team (IKAM’s + Business Development Coordinator) 

• Give instructions to relevant countries on rate loading process as part of the implementation of won accounts (new business or incremental)

• Prepare the international standard rate programmes in coordination with RCM teams

• Provide support to the countries (Corporate & Franchisees) on the preparation of international rate programme when negotiations are country-lead

• Provide daily support to the sales community (Group + Countries) on requests related to multinational contracts and pricing (including rate loading sanity check in Greenway)

Temporary mission until the end of April 2022 (maternity leave). The mission could be extended until the end of August 2022 in case of parental leave.

• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with the car rental pricing environment (structure, rules, etc.)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Strong team spirit

• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment / matrix structure

• Language skills : English (mandatory), any other language would be helpful (French, Spanish, German)

• Knowledge of Greenway would be a plus
