Job Description

The role of Head of Receivables and Credit Management is to manage Mundipharma’s 3rd party customers globally to minimize our financial risk and exposure of bad debt and write off. Using experience, knowledge and internal/external financial data to limit negative financial impact whilst supporting business growth with all our external customers.

Key Objectives:

  • Coordinate and Lead all the Credit Management Globally across the network and AR Activities for the European Finance Shared Service centre.
  • Create, deploy & embedment of the newly created Global Credit Policy with all the markets.
  • Conduct external engagements with 3rd party customers to negotiate settlement of overdue payments to Mundipharma to minimize external financial risk & exposure and avoid bad debt write offs.
  • 3rd party debt & credit management reporting.
  • Drive best in class process & technology including input to SAP4 HANA implementation and leading in the creation and deployment of a credit note app.

Qualifications

  • ICM ( Institute of Credit Management) certification.
  • Minimum University degree, masters degree or equivalent in Finance / Accounting.
  • A global experience is a must.

Additional Information

Mundipharma operates a European Finance Shared Service Centre, therefore we would expect proficiency in one of the following languages: French / Spanish / Italian / Portuguese / German. This role requires previous global credit management and financial shared services experience.
