Job Description
As a Tech lead your primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing products from concept to launch as part of a cross functional team. In this role you will utilize your experience to provide Software solutions which involves System understanding of the Product. You will also be required to work with various interfaces to ensure the completeness of the solution.
- Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements
- Design & code a variety of complex software features with adequate documentation
- You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills
- You will use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed
- Work in collaborative, product-focused teams to build innovative customer experiences
- Work with product management on the project priorities, commit and deliver the product on time
- Participates in technical/design reviews as required
- As necessary, works independently or with quality assurance personnel to plan and execute product testing
Qualifications
- 7 - 12 years overall software development experience
- Proven Hands-on working experience in Java development
- Hands on experience in developing applications using Core Java, Spring Boot
- Good Understanding of data structures, OOPS & Algorithms
- Experience in building web applications and APIs
- Experience in working with any one of the databases(MYSQL, SQL)
- Strong presentation, communication, and logical skills.
- Knowledge on CI/CD, Dockers is a plus
