We are looking for a talented salesforce developer to design salesforce solutions for our evolving Salesforce requirements. As a salesforce developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analysing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.

To ensure success as a salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class salesforce developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.

Position Summary and Primary Responsibilities

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce IT.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

• Bachelor's in information technology or related field or relevant experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce developer.
• Fundamental object-oriented programming concepts. C# and JavaScript.
• Developer console.
• Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language
• Experience working on integrating Salesforce using Rest API.
• Experience in implementing Triggers and Batch classes following Salesforce best practices.
• Experience working in Lightning and building Lightning components and LWC.
• Building reports and dashboards.
• Experience in debugging the issue.
• Experience migrating from Salesforce classic to lightning is a plus. (Will be useful when we plan to migrate ESOL Instance)
• Meet with business users to design solutions that match the business needs.
