Due to the rapid growth of the business, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer. This is a vital role with the responsibility of assisting the business to grow, assist our customers and allow us to scale our operations.
You will be the first dedicated person in the Product Support team. You will be providing advanced technical support to Lumi's internal operations teams when using our internally developed platform. Your role will be critical to the smooth operation of Lumi's business processes and allowing our customers to get the funding they need in a timely manner.
In this role, you will become a product expert and you will become intimately familiar with the technical operations of the systems. You will be receiving technical support requests from users throughout the business. You will be responsible for investigating these issues, fixing them where possible, or working with the engineering and product team to triage bugs or critical issues. You will have support from the very friendly and very helpful engineering and platform teams.
