As a member of the Postal Sales Management Team, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and leading a team of Mid Market Account Executives. You will drive day to day execution across your team to help them achieve their individual targets, and you will work closely with Sales Leadership to provide accurate bottoms up forecasting.
Responsibilities
Ensure monthly and quarterly goals are achieved
Build and maintain a weekly 1x1 cadence with members of your team
Deliver accurate and timely forecasts of your team’s pipeline on a weekly basis
Proactively identify opportunity risks in the pipeline and address them with urgency
Coach and mentor your team on our sales process & methodology
Provide guidance and support throughout the sales process to your team
Ensure Salesforce data is up to date and reliable across your team
Serve as an executive sponsor on deals to drive urgency
Collaborate with your peers and cross functional leaders to identify and remedy gaps in our sales content, training and process
Serve as an advocate for your team and prospects, highlighting and resolving challenges
2+ years of SaaS sales management experience
3+ years of full sales cycle experience
Experience navigating C-Suite decision making at Fortune 500 companies
Experience selling directly to the C-Suite
Successful track record of developing raw talent into quota achieving sales professionals
Experience collaborating cross functionally to execute projects
Experience managing high velocity sales cycles
Excellent written and verbal skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience with Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator required
Experience with Outreach and Wrike is not required, but desired
