Job Description

AireSpring is looking to fill a Marketing Associate position on an immediate basis. This role is responsible for providing social media, general project, accounting, and administrative support for the marketing department.

 

The main focus of this position will be social media  and overall support of the marketing team as it conducts on-going marketing activities. The position requires a candidate with flexibility, excellent follow up and drive, an ability to prioritize and stay organized is critical. This is an excellent entry level position into the field of marketing for a recent college grad or office manager, or project manager looking to get into the field of marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Project Coordinating with direction from the marketing manager and  other members of marketing team including the SVP Marketing.

·      Social media campaigns

·      Data entry and maintenance of marketing databases, filing, invoice processing and tracking.

·      Support on trade shows and events

·      Some email campaigns

·      Coordinating, sourcing, and ordering marketing materials for company with various vendors and internal stakeholders.

·      Help with travel arrangements

 

Qualifications

·      Some marketing experience or training is required

·      1+ year experience working in an office environment

·      Social media experience within a corporate business environment with emphasis on LinkedIn.

·      Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to achieve business success

·      Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation

·      Strong skills in time management and prioritization

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a must: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook

·      Fluence and proficiency  in English, both verbal and written
