We have an immediate opening in our Sales Division for a Contract Qualifications Supervisor. This position is for a working supervisor. The Contract Qualification job ensures the integrity of the order from both a legal and price perspective, accuracy of input data and doublechecking of key data points on each order. There will be significant interfacing with both pre and post sales computer systems, various Departments involved in the pre-sales process and the creation of orders in our order management system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, communicate well with all levels of personnel and be highly organized. You must have strong computer skills and operate well in a true multi-tasking environment.

Handles inquiries made through telephone calls, voice messages and e-mails.

Monitors the Orders inbox and assigns orders to the Contract Qualification Specialists

Enters and processes orders as needed

Double checks orders for critical errors

Strong attention to detail, highly organized and computer literate

Qualifications

Telecom experience is required

Ideal candidate will have high energy and can push items through to completion

Able to complete tasks within a given timeframe
