We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team!
At Rescale, this means you will:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Create a strategy for building documentation that describes “the facts” of our features that satisfies customers and the sales team needs
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, while addressing the shortcomings of completeness of both internal and external documentation
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture of the product and guide the tone and style of communication we use with customers
What we’re looking for:
- 5-7 years experience as a Senior Technical Writer in a related technical field
