Procore is looking for a Director, Integration Product Services to drive, scale, and inspire a team of talented individuals focused on implementing integrations for our Project Financials customers. Procore’s Integrations team is instrumental to long-term profitability and encompasses on-boarding, training, services and product adoption.
As our Director, Integration Product Services, you’ll evolve our current processes to help us scale at hyper-growth. You’ll own the overall success of multiple teams of integration specialists overseeing the implementation of integrations with customers’ financial systems. This includes planning, executing and staffing to assure an outstanding client experience that decreases time to fast value and drives renewals and contract expansions.
This position will report to our Senior Director, Integration Services, and has the opportunity to be located in our Carpinteria, CA headquarters; Portland, OR; New York, NY, or Austin, TX offices. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
What you’ll do:
Lead, develop, and direct multiple teams potentially dispersed across multiple offices
Continually seeking new and innovative ways to promote integrations that add value
Create and provide updates to the executive team regarding integration products, implementation KPIs and metrics, overall organization performance
Guide organization through effective client issues resolution and handle escalations when necessary
Work with product leadership on future integration strategies to enhance company offerings
Own the overall success and strategy/KPI’s of the Integration Implementation organization
Collaborate with leadership to set short-term and long-term goals and strategies
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
9+ years previous customer implementation services experience with SaaS software platforms including onboarding, training, project management, client relationships preferred 7+ years of management experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate project status, risks, and progress to enterprise leaders and C-Level executives
Experience leading cross-department initiatives with project collaborators and contributors outside of the teams
Experience successfully building and leading diverse teams of managers or more specialized teams
Deep understanding of value drivers in both recurring revenue business models and professional services models
Customer-oriented with a history in managing customer expectations and negotiating appropriate resolutions to issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement and passion for revenue growth
Experience related to integrating systems with construction or financial platforms
Deep understanding of ERP, Financial, Construction, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, or Professional Services Automation software solutions preferred
