The ideal candidate is energized by the thought of developing new system stacks and tools for big data ingestion, processing, and analytics on a multi-petabyte infrastructure. This individual will work on team of talented engineers responsible for reporting on the delivery of our campaigns and handling technical integrations and data ingestion. They will develop products that help validate our media buys, ingest data into our platform, and generate datasets and reporting for our teams to analyze and monitor delivery and performance of our campaigns.

Job Description

A Senior Director contributes as a PMO leader within the organization typically by providing technical and people leadership for a team or multiple teams of program and project managers.  A Senior Director will own delivery responsibility for a larger portion of the projects across the organization. Coaching, mentoring, team member growth and development is required. Effective communication with other job disciplines is required.  Senior Director's exhibit ownership of their business areas, drive their teams to flawless execution, are SME on their business area and are seen as leaders within the organization. At this stage, the individual shows knowledge of the entire business and can clearly connect the overall strategy to that of their own business area.
 

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Interface with both project teams and internal stakeholders at all levels of organization and across holding companies to drive programs and projects 10%

•   Work closely with senior engineering, product and data science peers to plan and execute objectives 10%

•   Create strong working relationships and demonstrate influence among all stakeholder groups to successfully execute business strategy 10%

•   Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities and seek ways to optimize efficiency and effectiveness 10%

•   Actively contributes to strategic direction for the team and business as a whole 10%

•   Contributes to best practices around agile methodology, financial discipline, portfolio management, OKRs, etc. 10%

•   Evaluates current PMO applications/processes and drives process improvement 5%

•   Trains, manages and mentors program and project managers to ensure team understands expectations and the "why" of their work 10%

•   Acts of trusted advisor and domain expert on program and project management across the enterprise 5%

•   Establishes industry presence through various channels such as conferences, training, social media, etc. 5%

•   Assumes leadership role in change management across PMO, engineering, and the company as a whole 10%

•   Demonstrates leadership in creating and propagating a positive workplace culture 5%

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

•   Bachelor's Degree (Required)

•   Master's Degree in Business Administration (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

•   10+ years Relevant Experience (Required)

•   8 - 10 years Leadership experience (Required)

CERTIFICATIONS & LINCENSURES:

•   Required Certifications/Licensures: (Agile certification, Six-sigma)

•   Preferred Certifications/Licensures: (Certified Project Management Professional (PMP))

•   Demonstrates high degree of ownership and accountability for accomplishing organizational goals and objectives
