The position requires the focus on the support of merchants and affiliated brands for the integration of our specific API and e-commerce plugins into their systems. The role includes technical support activities, providing information and answers to specific questions on the functioning of the platform and help in solving frontend and backend problems.
The role involves being part of an inter-functional and multidisciplinary team. A strong aptitude for teamwork is required, a particular talent both in terms of process analysis and visual design and a familiarity with Agile methodologies.
The ideal candidate is preferably in possession of a diploma or degree in IT disciplines and has gained professional experience of at least 5 years in similar positions.
