ABOUT THE JOB
Sr. HR Manager – will provide HR leadership and business partner support to Distribution & Logistics leaders across multiple sites/business units within Fortune Brands Outdoors & Security. The Outdoors & Security group includes Therma-Tru, Master Lock, Fiberon and Larson. This role will align people strategy & talent management solutions with the overall supply chain strategy. By developing a deep knowledge of the business across our growing supply chain network, the HR leader will scale with the company's growth, lead and develop diverse teams, solve problems with creative solutions, and deliver positive results. This role requires an experienced hands-on business partner who will provide effective coaching to leaders and associates across the organization. This is an exciting role with various opportunities to drive positive change across a dynamic organization.
YOUR ROLE:
· Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide Outdoors & Security policies and procedures, consistent with the company's values, business objectives, and PAR Guiding Principles.
· Be accountable for creating, fostering, and effecting a positive associate relations environment that drives loyalty, engagement, affiliation, and inclusion and ensures a safe and productive work environment.
· Responsible for leading and developing a team of HR professionals in various stages of their professional careers.
· Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development within the company.
· Work together with the site and regional leadership teams to harmonize site-specific priorities aligned with overarching Outdoors & Security goals (e.g., diversity & inclusion, engagement, and talent management initiatives).
· Deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload supporting HR functions and operations leadership.
· Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement proactive and innovative talent management solutions to deliver business results.
· Create and support the roll-out of HR solutions to the business, acting as a champion, engaging stakeholders, challenging and coaching managers to gain buy-in.
· Partner with leaders to understand key performance issues, objectives, and drivers and help build practical solutions and support the business.
· Create a pipeline of future leaders by cultivating an environment with challenging work, opportunities for exposure, and regular coaching and feedback.
