CMS Developer

Infina, Ltd. is looking for a front-end web developer to join our creative group in Tyson's Corner, VA. The developer will be responsible for designing and developing new applications, as well as maintaining and upgrading existing tools. The developer will play an integral part in the project life cycle and work closely with team members from initial concept to final release.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Design and implement websites for our customer using open-source CMS
• Create website architecture, generate open-source CMS themes and plugins, conduct website performance tests, and troubleshoot content issues
• Work directly with a collaborative team of developers, designers and project leads to build custom solutions for customer
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills, with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Accurately quote time estimates for projects both small and large
• Consistently deliver high quality, on-time releases

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related area
• At least five (5) years of experience developing websites and applications in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services .Net MVC SQL Server (DBA skill not required)
• Hands on experience with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
• Understanding of best practices for version control (GIT), Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) and development management of the system
• Working knowledge of Git and ability to manage the deployment branches
• Proficiency with multi-threading in C# and .Net Core
• Experience in cloud web servies
• Strong knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other related languages)
• Demonstrated experience using data dashboarding and visualization tools; Tableau experience preferred
• Experience with responsive front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and others
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and industry best practices
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a permanent US resident (Green Card Holder) or US Citizen
