The Talent Management Specialist is a vital member of the Global Talent Management team who has responsibility for content, program and platform management related to talent management processes and resources. This includes designing, curating, planning, managing and evaluating virtual and in-person learning activities, as well as direct access resources. The Talent Management Coordinator is also responsible for creating a consistent, intuitive, engaging user experience, enabling employees to quickly find and access resources to improve their effectiveness.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Organizing, managing, continuously evaluating and improving talent management resources and content within key platforms (e.g. LMS, user-experience layer platform, internal intranet.)
Designing and implementing new learning and career development content and resources.
Conducting best practice research and exploring new technologies and ways to digitize and personalize the employee experience
Global vendor management, including sourcing of programs and content, managing scope of work process and related NDAs, contract and materials management, and payment.
Crafting and managing select communication strategies, including program promotions.
Planning and coordinating select training, including learner registration, logistics management, and completion of pre-work to ensure a positive learner experience.
Monitoring budget, tracking and analysis of key metrics, including evolving the way in which we assess ROI.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years experience in talent management and/or learning and development preferred
Ability to balance many different tasks and can prioritize multiple projects while staying organized and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
Strong research, analytical and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, facilitation and influencing)
Digital proficiency
Creative problem solver
Facilitation skills and experience a plus
