The dentsu Automation COE’s mission is to elevate our people’s potential by integrating automation and AI into everything we do. Our AI Powered Process Mining Program supports this mission by leveraging advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) capabilities to streamline process discovery across observation cycles. The outputs from these observation cycles enable technology and operations teams to take the appropriate actions to augment and elevate ways of working. These outputs are intended to create transparency into business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement including automation use cases.
This position will report into our Process Data Scientist and work closely with that role to deliver unprecedented insights into our business operations by analyzing, visualizing, and articulating patterns, trends, and anomalies within our terabytes upon terabytes of observed data by utilizing specialized platform and tools. It’s easy to get lost in this volume of data and the Process Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that business stakeholders are able to get the optimal value and insights from our process data ocean.
This is an excellent role for the right person looking to enter the world of applied data science. A successful candidate will have a passion for identifying and clearly articulating insights found from complex data sets through the lens of business operations.
